This was taken up near Stanley – it’s the Salmon River when it is still little more than a creek.
Hubby and I in the hot tub – this is Elkhorn Hot Springs near Stanley. Yes, I do realize we look like dinner for some cannibals! You fill the tub up with water from the hot spring, and then add cold river water to make it a bearable temperature (that’s what the buckets are for!) We’ve been to a few natural hot springs, and this is one of my favorite ones!
